| Unduplicatable environment |
| Over two hundred natural and humanity scenery attractions scatter in the Zhongshan Mountain Scenic Zone and most of them are within the range of 50-1500m around the hotel. Guests can see different views in different seasons. In early spring, plums blossom, sakura flowers turn pink, grasses give everything a green touch and sunshine warms you up. In middle summer, lake water appears perfect crystal, forest path wanders into depth of the mountain and breeze fingers your face gently. In late autumn, temperature gets very pleasant, the forest turns yellow, laurel fragrance floats softly with the breeze and bird chirm comforts your ears. In winter, snow fall adds a solemn atmosphere to the mountain, springs flow in silence, pines and cypress trees stand in still and bell rings in ancient temple. In fact, you will have different views of the mountain even in one day. In the morning, take a walk along the park avenue and enjoy an extra blessing of oxygen from the god. In the noon, climb up to the renowned ancient pagoda and visit cultural relic with friends. At the evenfall, roam in road of the imperial mausoleum and express some of your emotion of the past. |

Environmental resources of the hotel are external and can serve us best and bring the most benefit only after they are blended with our services.
The original idea of blending services with environment by the International Conference Hotel of Nanjing can be interpreted in three layers: (1) Fresh and natural service concepts; (2) Business acts of introducing external beauty into hotel and attracting guests into forest; (3) Service style of “as reliable as mountain and as gentle as water”.

Perfect service provision and stable system running are built on the foundation of a highly-efficient management team.
It is our firm belief that team work is the essence of high efficiency therefore we attach great importance to collaboration among the board of directors, the general manager and managerial staff at all levels. We understand everything will be hard to achieve if anything of strategy-making by the board of director, execution by the general manager and implementation by employees is absent. So we believe that engagement of everyone and cooperation of all teams is the foundation of high efficiency.

It is our awareness that innovation is the instrument and satisfying demand is the ultimate goal. Therefore we require that innovation in management should be based on demands of employees and their work and innovation of services should be based on demands of guests and markets.
